We are now taking applications and resumes for a Landscape Maintenance Production Manager.
The basic function of the Landscape Maintenance Production Manager is to be responsible for managing and scheduling the production of all landscape maintenance jobs at APHIX.
(Mowing, Spring/Fall Cleanups, Floral, Trimming, etc.
) Landscape Maintenance Production Manager will ensure that all projects are completed within the allotted time frame, at or under the estimate for both labor hours and materials, and in keeping with the quality standards of APHIX, LLC.
Landscape Maintenance Production Manager must have excellent people skills, communication skills, be technologically savvy, and strong employee focus.
Landscape Maintenance Production Manager also needs a strong work ethic, management knowledge, decision-making skills, computer skills, and be able to oversee multiple sites at one time.
Communication with account managers is crucial to the success of the Landscape Maintenance Production Manager.
Degree in horticulture or business management; or equivalent in industry experience required.
Previous management experience required.
